Born in 1958 in Tehran, he is a graduate in computer
sciences (software), from Shahid Beheshti University.

- Manager of Production and Broadcasting of IRIB (Zahedan
Center) for 1 year.
- Producer of War Section in TV Channel 1 for 4 years.
- Deputy of Provincial Affairs in IYCS for 3 years.
- Administrator of IYCS for 7 years, and manager of the
second Hamedan International Short Film Festival.
- Logistic assistant director of Sima Film for 2 years
- Administrator of Documentary and Experimental Cinema
Center, and Director of International Youth Film Festivals,
since 1998.
- A member of the jury of the Screenplay Section of the
Rousta Film Festival, and member of the jury of the
International Amateur Filmmakers Festival (UNICA),
Netherlands, 2000.
- General Director of the Supervision and Evaluation
Department of Islamic Guidance and Culture Ministry, since
2001.
