In 2006 the First International cinema Conference was organized in Kyrgyzstan , where cinematographers from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey came together .
According to the decision on this conference, the National concern "Kyrgyz kino" at the beginning of this year created organize committee for preparing and realization youth movie festival of short movies "Pearl of Mountains". Our idea got a support of cinematographers from foreign countries.
It is to mentioned that Iranian Young Cinema Society does belong to the founders of this short film festival.
