He was born in 1957, in Isfahan. He has a B.A in film
directing from Cinema and Theatre College. He made his first
film, "Man and weapon" in 1988. Ra'ee has made another short
film. "The break, 1368" in addition to six feature films.
Recently, he is making a documentary in 19 episodes about
gold and jewelry industry in Iran under the title of "Daryaeh
Noor"
